Stabilized Spalted Crosscut Hackberry is a gorgeous hard wood with unusual spalted patterns and ghost-like ribs that stretch throughout the body of the pen. Colors range from light to dark spalted sections with darker borders, This wood is a true gift of nature. Stabilized Spalted Crosscut Hackberry will make beautiful pens and polishes like a dream. The polished satin finish above was done by polishing using micro-mesh pads only, imagine how spectacular a gloss finish will look.
