How to Order:
We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. USPS rates are available to be factored in for Europe and Asia. Additional charges may apply where actual shipping cost exceeds those charged in the shopping cart. Typically this may apply on large bulky items such as pen boxes... the additional charges may be charged on your card or taken from any applicable quantity discounts.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Wood Pen Pro products due to manufacturing defects.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date due to material defect or damage during shipment. Handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for other than manufacturer or material defect will be charged a 10% of value or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater. Returns of 40" acrylic rod are not generally accepted, except under special circumstances. Under no circumstances will modified rods or pen blanks cut from rod be accepted.
If there's a problem with a pen kit, the whole pen kit needs to be returned. This includes any problems with ink refills.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
